Finding us

The brick building with the tall east windows.

Heron Reach is not big, and Alder Street is most of downtown, so you will not need much navigating. Everything else worth knowing before you arrive is on this page.

Parking

Free angle parking runs the length of Alder Street, and the lot behind the building, entered from Third Avenue, is ours after 6:30 every morning. Two accessible spots sit beside the main door. On market Saturdays the street fills by nine; the back lot rarely does.

Accessibility

The Alder Street entrance is step-free, doors are powered, and every treatment room and the washroom fit mobility devices with room to spare; the mercantile was built for freight, and we kept the wide doorways. Longer appointment slots are yours for the asking at no extra charge, and if anything about visiting would be easier with notice, tell us when you book.

Counselling privacy

Ruth's room has its own entrance off the side hall on Third Avenue, for anyone who prefers their appointments unadvertised. Video sessions exist for the same reason.
